We do not offer exchanges at this time. Please follow instructions on the returns page for unwanted items.



Returns are accepted for all items within 7 days of receiving them. Please visit our returns page to initiate the returns process.



Please email us immediately after placing your order to make any changes. We will only be able to make any changes before the order has been dispatched.



We offer free shipping all around the UAE.



You should expect to receive your items in 1-2 business days upon order confirmation.



The shipping cost can vary depending on your location. Once you have entered in your location through our checkout page, the shipping fee will be displayed prior to finalizing your order.



Once your order has been shipped, we ask for 7-15 business days for delivery. Please note, packages are subject to carrier delays and all international packages will incur taxes by their local government.



Our discount codes are for one time use and are unable to be reloaded if you return your order.



Mawkini currently accepts Visa and MasterCard. We also accept payment via PayPal and Tabby.



After your parcel has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email which includes tracking details.

Our sustainable swimwear is made using 80% recycled nylon and 20% elastane.

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you want to exchange an item, please follow the return process below and then make a new purchase for the desired item.

We accept returns only within 7 days of receiving your original order.

Initiate a return via email to hello@mawkini.com and include your name, order details, the code of the item with the reason for your return.

Terms & conditions

  • Place each item you're returning with all the original packaging inside the Mawkini mailing bag.
  • Items must be in original condition, with all tags remaining in place, including hygiene seal.
  • For sanitary reasons please try on swimwear over your underwear.
  • Items must not have been worn, washed, soiled or altered in any way.
  • No makeup/deodorant/spray tan marks on merchandise.

We will send you an email as soon as you return is received, inspected, and approved for refund. In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may have to send it back to you.

Refunds may take up to 10 business days to process from the day that we receive the returned items. Once your return has been processed, you will be refunded in the original form of payment. Please allow 7-14 days for funds to be returned to the account.

All return costs are covered by the customer except for a damaged item or a wrong order.

We offer hassle-free returns on your behalf for a flat rate of AED 25 to be deducted from your refund.

Faulty items:

In the instance, you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact us immediately at hello@mawkini.com with a photo so we can help you sort it out as quickly as possible.
