Customer service hours:

Our customer service office hours are Sunday through Thursday from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m UAE Time. We're closed on Friday, Saturday and Holidays. Any emails or messages received outside of operating hours will receive a response the following business day.

Change / Cancel order:

Once you have placed your order you will receive a confirmation email from us. We recommend you review your order to ensure that all shipping information is completed correctly and that a working telephone number is provided. Please email us immediately after placing your order to make any changes.  We will only be able to make any changes before the order has been dispatched.

Dispatch notification

Our delivery time starts from the moment an order is accepted. After your parcel has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email which includes tracking details. If you have not received a dispatch/delivery notification, please notify us by sending an email to hello@mawkini.com including your order number. 



 Free shipping on all our items across the UAE within 1-2 business days.

 Please confirm that all billing and payment information is accurate to avoid any delays in shipment. We do not take responsibility for lost/missing packages that show successful delivery to the order address.

 * Weekend days and holidays are not business days.

Faulty items:

In the instance, you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact us immediately at hello@mawkini.com with a photo so we can help you sort it out as quickly as possible.


 We accept returns only within 7 days of receiving your original order.

  1. Initiate a return via email to hello@mawkini.com and include your name, order details, the code of the item with the reason for your return.
  2. We will send you an email back with the return form. Please make sure to fill out and send it back to us so we can share with you the return details.
  3. Place each item you're returning with all the original packaging inside the Mawkini mailing bag.
  4. Items must be in original condition, with all tags remaining in place, including hygiene seal. 
  5. For sanitary reasons please try on swimwear over your underwear.
  1. Items must not have been worn, washed, soiled or altered in any way. 
  1. No makeup/deodorant/spray tan marks on merchandise.


We will send you an email as soon as you return is received, inspected, and approved for reimbursement. In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may have to send it back to you.

Refunds may take up to 10 business days to process from the day that we receive the returned items. Once your return has been processed, you will be refunded in the original form of payment. Please allow 7-14 days for funds to be returned to the account.

 All return costs are to be covered by the customer except of a damaged item or a wrong order.

 We offer hassle-free returns on your behalf for a flat rate to be deducted from your refund.

 * Sale or discounted with a promo code items are non-refundable.



We do not offer direct exchanges. If you want to exchange an item, please follow the return process above for the unwanted item for a full refund or store credit and then make a new purchase for the desired item.
