Refund policy
Exchange
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you want to exchange an item, please follow the return process above for the unwanted item for a full refund or store credit and then make a new purchase for the desired item.
We accept returns only within 7 days of receiving your original order.
- Initiate a return via email to hello@mawkini.com and include your name, order details with the reason for your return.
- Place each item you're returning with all the original packaging inside the Mawkini mailing bag.
- Items must be in original condition, with all tags remaining in place, including hygiene seal.
- For sanitary reasons please try on swimwear over your underwear.
- Items must not have been worn, washed, soiled or altered in any way.
- No makeup/deodorant/spray tan marks on merchandise.
We will send you an email as soon as you return is received, inspected, and approved for refund. In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may have to send it back to you.
Refunds may take up to 10 business days to process from the day that we receive the returned items. Once your return has been processed, you will be refunded in the original form of payment.
All return costs are to be covered by the customer except of a damaged item or a wrong order.
We offer hassle-free returns on your behalf for a flat rate of AED 25.00 to be deducted from your refund.
